SHIPPING & RETURNS

IMSOALPHA, or any of its employees, will not be responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages made or caused by USPS/UPS/FedEX shipping options.

Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot control the mishandling or misuse or the shipping companies.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any and all tax, custom, and port fees your country may charge you at the time of pick up. IMSOALPHA is not responsible for any fees or charges that may occur at time of pick up at customs.

ORDER SHIPPING INSURANCE:

As we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or mis-addressed packages, IMSOALPHA is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions.

By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

What is Route?

Route is a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig  through your email for tracking numbers, dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.

What is Route+?

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

If you decide not to use Route+ protection... refunds may be offered in the form of store credit minus shipping or additional fees at the discretion of IMSOALPHA Support. Please contact support to discuss opened perishable items.

At IMSOALPHA's discretion, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund upon IMSOALPHA approval.  Please contact customer support to discuss returns and refunds on opened items.

Upon refund approval, you should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

International Shipping Is Restricted

We do our best to ship to almost every address, however there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country and usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information. In most cases, these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases the inspections may cause a delay in package delivery times.

If customs decides that your package cannot enter your country, the package will be returned to us. In this case, refunds, minus shipping & handling, may be provided at ImSoAlpha.com's discretion for un-opened and un-damaged products. However, ImSoAlpha.com and its owners cannot be held responsible and refunds will not be provided for any products that are confiscated, destroyed or returned opened or damaged due to local customs.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN MY COUNTRY?

While we do our best to stay on top of Customs laws in major shipping destinations, there are simply too many countries around the world with laws that change on a regular basis.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all products, product ingredients and local laws and regulations. ImSoAlpha.com is not responsible for products, rejected, destroyed or held by customs that require additional fees. 

LOCAL DUTIES AND TAXES

It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package. The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it's best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & taxes charge when accepting the package it will be sent back to us and we'll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping costs for any unopened and undamaged products.

COUNTRIES WE CANNOT SHIP TO

In accordance with US State Department regulations, we cannot ship to these countries:

Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Sudan and Syria
Note: We do ship to Military addresses (APO, AE etc) no matter where they are!

We manually check every single international order received. If you're ordering internationally with us for the first time, we may ask for some verification information. We ultimately have the right to decline sending any package to any customer that we believe to be acting fraudulently.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
